Robert Guiles, Vice President

Robert Guiles graduated from Maine Endwell, NY High School in June 1975.  Robert entered the United States Army in November 1976, and graduated from Military Police School in March 1977.  He joined the Binghamton Police Department in March 1983, and completed the Binghamton Police Academy in May 1983.  Robert graduated from the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers School in April 1986, and then from Drill Sergeant Instructor School in February 1990.  Robert retired from the United States Army in November 1999 as a First Sergeant, and from the Binghamton Police Department in May 2005 with more than 45 years of combined service.

Robert is currently certified as a New York Armed Guard Instructor, as well as a currently certified Armorer for Smith & Wesson, Heckler & Koch, Glock and currently the Training Coordinator for Long Arm Investigative, LLC.
